Jay started his entrepreneurial journey in the trenches of the recruitment industry, joining Deepak Patel as Co-Founder, manager and the lead recruiter at Deegit. Innovative and intuitive, Jay has built Deegit’s Recruiting Organization from nothing to over 100 recruiters. He manages day to day global operations, customer relations, and ensures that Deegit can respond with quality candidates to the thousands of requisitions it receives annually. He oversees implementation of industry best practices of quality processes for candidate screening, onboarding and service delivery. Jay also trains the recruitment team, updating them with latest technology trends.

Tim brings over 20 years of full life-cycle contract and permanent recruiting and sales experience to Deegit, fortified by his relationship maintenance acumen with both clients and candidates. He manages Deegit’s professional search, contract staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offerings, specializing in executive and senior-level searches in banking, energy, insurance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) verticals.

Mira first joined Deegit as an administrator and now manages corporate human resources, finance and the U.S. office. She established and supervises Deegit’s processes and policies for financial reporting, planning and analysis. Her team manages contracts, invoicing and payroll functions.
